Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“ScopeWalk Pro”, “we”, “us”) for use of the ScopeWalk Pro website, app and capture links (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you're allowed to. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

ScopeWalk Pro helps integrators plan and quote work remotely. You create a site walk, send a capture link, and someone on site records photos, video and notes with their phone. ScopeWalk Pro turns those into a report with floor plans, device markup, 360° views, a parts list and optional AI summaries. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • The Service is for business use by people 18 or older.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace admins control who joins their workspace and what role each person has, and are responsible for their team's use.
  • Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

“Your content” means what you and the people you send links to put into the Service: photos, video, scans, notes, floor plans, markup, site and customer details. You own your content. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only to run and improve the Service for you, including stitching 360° views and making reports, parts lists and AI summaries, and sending it to integrations you connect.

You're responsible for your content and for how captures are made. In particular, you confirm that:

  • you have permission from the site owner or occupant to photograph and record the site;
  • people who may appear in photos or video have been told, and you follow the recording and privacy laws that apply where you capture;
  • you only send capture links to people who should have them, and you're responsible for what they upload.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights, including recording people or places you aren't allowed to;
  • upload malware or content that is illegal, harassing or that you don't have the right to share;
  • get into accounts, workspaces or data that aren't yours, or probe, overload or work around the Service's security or limits;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

5. Estimates, not engineering

Device locations, coverage areas, measurements, scales, parts lists, prices and AI summaries in ScopeWalk Pro are estimates to help you plan and quote. They aren't construction drawings or professional engineering advice and may be incomplete or wrong. You're responsible for checking them on site and for meeting applicable codes and standards (such as fire, life-safety, electrical and accessibility codes) before you rely on them.

6. Integrations

If you connect another service, such as Procore or Fieldwire, you authorize us to send it the data you choose to export. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. Plans and fees

  • Plans, limits and prices are shown on our pricing page. Trials end automatically at the end of the trial period.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew until cancelled. Fees don't include taxes, which you pay where they apply.
  • We'll give you notice before a price change applies to you. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid aren't refundable.
  • If payment fails, we may limit your workspace until it's brought up to date.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete site walks at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can. After your account ends we delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 5 and 9 to 12 continue to apply after these Terms end.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if more. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your captures or your breach of these Terms, and cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email, and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
