Privacy Policy

Our role

Integrators use ScopeWalk Pro to collect site information from their own customers and staff. For that content, we process information on behalf of the integrator who created the site walk, under their instructions. If you were sent a capture link and have a question about your information, contact the company that sent it to you; we'll help them respond.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, work email, password (stored only as a secure hash), workspace name, logo, brand colors and role.
• Site walk content: photos, video, 360° views, notes, floor plans, device markup, checklists, site names, addresses and customer names. Photos and video can show people, vehicles and other details of the site.
• Capture link details: the email address the link was sent to, one-time verification codes (stored only as hashes), and, if the person on site allows it in their browser, the location where each photo was taken.
• Technical and security details: IP address, browser and device type, and a log of important actions (such as signing in, sending links, editing and deleting walks) to keep the Service secure and to troubleshoot.
• Integration details: if you connect Procore or Fieldwire, the access tokens and project details needed to send exports.

Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the Service to work: one keeps you signed in, another keeps a capture link session open on the phone that verified it. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

• to provide the Service: process captures, stitch 360° views, and build floor plans, reports, parts lists and exports;
• to send service emails, such as capture links, verification codes and invitations;
• to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, enforce limits and fix problems;
• to provide support and to improve the Service;
• to meet legal obligations.

We don't sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use your site walk content to train AI models.

AI summaries

If AI summaries are on, a walk's photos, checklist and notes are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the summary. Anthropic processes this data for us under terms that don't allow it to train its models on it. Workspace admins can turn AI summaries off in Settings.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who run parts of the Service for us: cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, AI (Anthropic) and, for paid plans, payment processing. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• People you choose: your workspace members, anyone you send a report share link to, and integrations you connect.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep site walk content while your workspace is active, for the period included in your plan, or until you delete it. Deleting a walk removes its files from our storage. When a workspace is closed, we delete its content within 90 days, except where we must keep information longer by law. Security logs are kept as long as needed to protect the Service and investigate problems.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Capture links, verification codes and sessions are stored as hashes, links expire, and files are reached through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details in the app, and admins can delete site walks. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, or to object to some uses. Email [contact email] to make a request. We'll confirm your identity first and won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

ScopeWalk Pro is a business service and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Where data is processed

We're based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date above shows the latest version.
