How many site walks will you run in a typical month?
A site walk is one survey of one site: a link out, captures back, a report.

Do you charge per user?
No. Invite your estimators, project managers and sales team at no extra cost. Plans are priced by site walks per month, and the people on site never need an account.
What counts as a site walk?
A walk counts in the month it's submitted. We check your limit when you send a capture link, never when the person on site submits, so nobody gets stuck mid-walk.
Does the person on site need an account or an app?
No. They open the link you email them, enter a one-time code sent to the same address, and capture in their phone's browser.
Can I do the walk myself?
Yes. Choose Send to my phone on the walk and the link comes to your email. Plenty of teams use the checklist as their plan for every visit, even when they go in person.
Does it replace our drawings?
No. It's what comes before them: photos, device locations on the plan, counts, a parts list and notes, so whoever does your CAD or engineering drawings has everything in one place.
What if we need more walks than our plan includes?
Keep going. Nothing stops: each extra walk is billed at your plan's extra-walk price. If you regularly go over, the next plan up usually costs less per walk.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and save 10%.
How do AI summaries work?
Every walk gets an AI summary of its photos, checklist and notes, included in the price. Up to 2 rewrites per walk are free.
What happens after the free trial?
Your walks and reports stay. Choose a plan to keep creating new walks.
